Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Systemically healthy patients with age 18 years or more. 2) Remaining teeth greater than or equal to 20 3) Patients with at least 3 sites with periodontal pocket depth (PPD) of greater than or equal to 5mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Smokers 2) Pregnant and lactating females 3) Patient undergone any periodontal therapy within last six months 4) Antibiotic therapy in past six months 5) Clotting and Haematological disorders.
