Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the sign and symptoms of Shitapitta like pruritis(Kandu), burning sensation(Daha), pricking pain(Toda), wheals/hives(Mandalotpati), Swelling as if bitten by the wasp (Varati Dansha Sansthan Sopha).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with major pathologies like Malignancy , TB will be excluded from this study 2) History of Anaphylaxis to medicine 3) History of Angioedema

Primary

MeasureTime frame
reduction of symptoms like Swelling as if bitten by the wasp, Wheals,itching , pricking pain.Timepoint: 14 days study with follow ups (0,7,14)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study the new etiological factors in present era if any.Timepoint: 14 days study with follow ups.
