Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having all degenerative pathologies, including broad based disc prolapses, degenerate disc disease, recurrent disc herniation, pseudoarthrosis,and symptomatic spondylosis listhesis. Psychosocially, mentally, and physically able to fully comply with this protocol including adhering to completing score forms and other study procedures. No informed consent document prior to study related procedures is needed as itâ??s an observational study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with mental in stabilit Pregnant during study period. Lost to follow up patients.
