Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sthoulya dignosed according to sign and symptoms as in classical texts. 2.Sthoulya patients without any systemic disorder. 3.Patients whose body mass index is >25 and 4.Patients age between 15-50 yrs of either sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women and Lactating mother. 2.Hereditary obesity. 3.Secondary obesity or associated with Hypothyroidism. 4.Age below 15yrs and above 50yrs. 5.Person undergoing treatment for any other serious illness, any metabolic disorder.
