Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Women, diagnosed as having breast cancer and has completed the treatment - Both surgically and/or treated with adjuvant therapies like chemo/radiotherapies - 40 years of age and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Women with history of mental illness or other severe physical disorders which can limit their participation for interview and / or physical activity (psychiatric or severe cognitive problems that would preclude program participation; orthopedic conditions, motor deficits, cardiovascular, cardiopulmonary or neurological condition) - Women having hematogenous metastasis
