Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects of age group between 16-30 and 30-60 yrs. Subjects belonging to both of the genders. Apparently healthy volunteers i.e, no history of serious illness or disease. Subjects who are willing to be enrolled under study & give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants addicted to smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption. Participants suffering from any congenital abnomalies or major physical disabilities. Participants with any drug dependency. DM, HTN or any other serious systemic disorder. Participants undergoing treatment for any major medical conditions. Pregnant or lactating females.
