Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-60 years. Patients who are Newly diagnosed as depression and anxiety disorders. Patients who are willing to give prior informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having history of surgery last 6month Patient who have other psychiatric disorder ,substance use disorder i.e. nicotine and alcohol dependence and developmental retardation and currently on other psychiatry medication. Patient suffering from chronic physical illness like diabetes,hypertension,copd,etc
