Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All Psoriasis patients >18 years of age 2. PASI >10 and or DLQI >10
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to use of any drug methotrexate or apremilast. 2.Patient known case of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, dyslipidemia 3. Patient on any other disease modifying drugs in last 6weeks. 4. Patient on any drugs confounding any metabolic parameters like hypolipidemic drugs, anti-diabetic drugs, oral contraceptives, antihypertensive drugs, acitretin, orlistat.
