Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: MALLAMPATTI 1 AND 2 , Patients undergoing Elective Surgery under GA requiring Endotracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Anticipated Difficult Airway Like Mouth Opening Less than 2 cms, Mallampatti > , Restricted Neck Mobility and Other Causes of Oro Pharyngeal Malformation , Morbid Obesity , Patients having CVS , ESRD and DCLD Disease , Increased risk of Aspiration , or having symptoms of GERD , Musculoskeletal abnormailities of cervical vertebra
