Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both Male and female newly diagnosed patients with stage 1 Hypertension of the age group of 18 to 70 years 2. Control group will be normotensive subjects of same age group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertension along with Diabetes Mellitus, Thyroid disorder or other endocrine diseases. 2. Patients with vascular diseases or with any other chronic diseases. 3. Chronic smokers, Alcoholics & Tobacco chewers.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
This study will help to understand mechanism involved in role of yoga through EPO gene and VEGF gene on vascular hemodynamics for therapeutic purposes in hypertension.Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed/estimated i.e. at baseline and 12 weeks.
