Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Women of Pudur panchayat belonging to the Kurumba tribe only. 2) Women who have given birth in the past five years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Women who cannot read or understand Malayalam. 2) Women unwilling to participate.
