Intervention1: Habb-e-Gul-e-Aakh: It is a Classical Unani formulation taken from NFUM part III.Habbe Gule Aakh is comprised of Gul-e-Aakh Calotropis procera( flowers), Barg-e-Bans Bambosa arundinacea

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18-65years. 2) Patients irrespective of gender. 3) Mild to moderate case of low back pain. 4) Patients who have agreed to sign the informed consent and will follow the protocol and willing to participate in the clinical trial voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients below 18 and above 65 years. 2) History of Trauma and injury of lumbosacral region. 3) Local wound and infection of lumbosacral region. 4) Patients with systemic diseases like Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiovascular, Renal and Hepatic dysfunctions and Neurological disorders. • Patient who refuse to give the written consent for the study. • Diagnosed case of Rheumatoid arthritis. • Pregnancy and lactation

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) VAS Index 2) Oswestry Disability Index. 3) The Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire (mild to moderate) Timepoint: 28 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Lumbosacral joint pain may or may not radiate to legs. 2) Tenderness in lumbosacral region. 3) Difficulty in movement 4) Loss of muscles strength Timepoint: 28 days
