Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All females scheduled for benign vaginal hystrectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergic to tranexemic acid, history of seizures,history of venous or arterial thromboembolism or active thromboembolic disease, severe renal impairment
