Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults 18to25yrs, College going students Both genders Give consent for participation Young adults 18-25yrs both genders diagnosed as MetS according to Harmonising definition of MetS criteria College going students Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire scoring no abnormalities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any diagnosed recent fractures in one year Congenital or acquired diagnosed lower limb deformities Pregnant females Known genetic and or metabolic disorders Known and diagnosed cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases like myocardial infarction or asthma or COPD or tuberculosis etc
