Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients admitted under Dermatology Inpatient Department

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Those who do not want to participate in the study. 2)Daycare admissions

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. To identify the common conditions where dermatology inpatient admission is sought and classify them into diagnostic and therapeutic cateogries, also to classify the conditions admitted into mild, moderate and severe categories. 2. To assess the average number of hospital days required for each condition 3. To assess the improvement of condition at discharge. 4. To understand the patient perception of the disease and treatment , prior to admission, and at discharge.Timepoint: Pt data will be collected twice - on the day of admission, and on the day of discharge

MeasureTime frame
1. To understand the patient perception of the disease and treatment , prior to admission, and at discharge. 2. To look for associated comorbidity in hospitalized patients, earlier associated or newly detected 3. To tabulate the cross references to other departments. 4. To calculate the financial burden of the hospital stay, direct as well as indirect.Timepoint: The outcomes will be assessed at 2 time points. First, on the day of admission. Second, on the day of discharge.
