Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 40-59 years. 2. Women married for at least 5 years. 3. Women who have had an Arranged marriage. 4. Women attending Kitty Parties once every month for a year. 5. Women fluent in reading, understanding, and speaking English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are Single / Divorced/ Widowed
