Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with diagnosis of schizophrenia as per DMS 5 and prominent negative symptoms with a score of 3 or more on each domain of affective flattening, alogia, avolition-apathy and anhedonia-asociality in Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS) 2 Stable dose of oral antipsychotics (defined as 3 Age of 18 â?? 60 years 4 Both male and female gender 5 Written informed consent from the patient
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Psychiatric emergency necessitating parenteral rescue medications or electroconvulsive therapy 2 Pregnancy or postpartum state 3 Substance use disorder in last 6 months 4 Co-morbid neurological or medical disease that can affect the brain structure or function 5 Any contraindication for Magnetic Resonance Imaging 6 Any contraindication for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation 7 Clinically determined visual or hearing impairment
