Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female lawn Tennis Players will be recruited. 2. Players in the age group between 18-25 years. 3. Players with minimum 2 year of experience in lawn tennis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any major injury that may influence the effect of training program. 2. Absence from regular training due to any reason from 6 months. 3. Any type of self reported performance enhancement medication and supplementation that may affect the performance and adaptations related to my training program.
