Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with more than 2yrs of cycling experience • aerobic exercise at medium to high-intensity for at least 150min/week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing cardiopulmonary condition like COVID, asthma, systemic illness like fever during washout period , musculoskeletal injury to hip, knee, ankle joint and low back less than 3months which can affect cycling, chronic smokers.

Peak oxygen consumption (VO2) (ml/kg/min)Timepoint: On day 1 Baseline measure, during test measurement taken on 2nd ,5th ,8th,11th,14th min. Post test measurements taken on 1st and 3rd min. After washout period of 3 days same outcome measure taken on above mentioned time points.
