Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Both the Sex age between 18 years to 60 years. 2) Patient having persistent cough with expectoration for atb least three months in a years for at least two consecutive years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Acute viral/bacterial Bronchitis. 2) Cough and dyspnoea resulting from other pulmonary disease like Bronchial asthma, Emphysema,small airway diseases, left ventricular failure,bronchiectasis,tuberculosis,Interstitial lung disease/occupational lung disease,tropical pulmonary eosinophilla& allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis. 3) patients having anaemia, pneumonia lung cancer,lung abscess and other such complicated conditions. 4) patients having diabetes, hypertension, chronic and acute renal failure etc.conditions in which urinations is markedly diminished or excessive will be excluded.

1) Improvement in the sign and symptoms of bronchitis 2) Efficacy of the treatment will be assessed on the basis of relief on the cardinal signs and symptoms before and after treatment (cough,sputum,wheezing,chest pain,Dyspnea, sore throat)Timepoint: 28 days
