All women attending gynaecological OPDs will be given a questionnaire for screening for Urinary Incontinence and then will be evaluated further. The participants will then be asked for history and will undergo physical examination.Both subjective and objective scores are compared with each other.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All women attending gynaecology OPDs in KH will be eligible to fill up a screening questionnaire.A subset of women with stress incontinence will be further evaluated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women symptoms of urge or mixed incontinence 2.Women with voiding difficulty 3.Women with neurogenic bladder 4.Women with symptomatic cystitis(any bladder abnormalities) 5.Women with pelvic organ prolapse or pelvic floor dysfunction(any pelvic muscle weakness) 6.Women with uncontrolled diabetes 7.Women with renal disease, psychiatric illnesses.(any kidney or neurological problems) 8.Women with other major illnesses or malignancies (any cancers or major diseases)

To compare the subjective domain alone of SICS with the combined( subjective and objective ) score.Timepoint: single visit(1 day)

To access the prevalence and treatment seeking behaviour of SUI among women who present to gynaecological OPD.Timepoint: 5 days
