Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Radiological evidence of loosening of any component 2. Symptomatic due to loosening 3.Those willing to participate 4.Patients not willing for revision surgery 5. Patients not fit for revision

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Smokers and Alcoholics not willing to stop the habits 2.Patients not tolerating citicoline and calcium 3.Patients on steroids and immunosuppresors 4.Diabetics, Renal and Hepatic failure 5.Immunodeficient patients 6. Any evidence of infection
