Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults of ASA II and II undergoing elective surgery under General Anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergy to thiopentone, and fentanyl. Patients with acute intermittent porphyria. Patients on anti- hypertensive medications and with history of chronic alcohol or drug use
