Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-55 years Level of injury- above T12 spinal level. AIS- A,B,C,D Traumatic and Non-traumatic SCI Neurogenic detrusor overactivity as evident in the urodynamic study Willing to follow all instructions and study related procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals in spinal shock phase. Individuals with posterior tibial nerve injury Individuals with active symptomatic urinary tract infection during time of study Poor Bladder compliance Individuals with any other neurological conditions leading to NDO eg: Multiple Sclerosis etc
