Inclusion criteria: ASA1,2,3 Modified mallampatti class 1 and 2 BMI Posted for elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia with orotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Modified mallampatti class 3 and 4 BMI >30 kg/ m2 Thyromental distance Negative upper lip bite test Restricted neck movement ( flexion Previous history of difficult intubation
