Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caregivers between the age of 20-50 years. Must be a first or second degree relative of a frail elderly (sibling, spouse, child, niece, nephew, half sibling, or cousins) Caregivers must be living along with the elderly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Frail elderly in old age homes or other assisted living centres are excluded. Excludes Caregivers who have been taking care of people for less than a year. Caregivers who have or are being paid for their caregiving.
