Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: TED Patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes mellitus 2. Coronary artery disease 3. Optic Neuropathy due to causes other than Dysthyroid Optic Neuropathy 4. Pregnancy 5. Uncontrolled hypertension 6. Refractive errors >3 D of spherical equivalent 7. Preexisting cataract and other media opacities precluding examination

Comparison of orbital congestion using mean velocity of superior ophthalmic vein by colour Doppler imaging and subfoveal choroidal thickness by OCT in thyroid eye disease.Timepoint: At the time of first presentation in Oculoplasty Clinic

Correlation of changes in orbital perfusion biomarkers, namely arterial velocities of ophthalmic artery, central retinal artery, posterior ciliary arteries using colour Doppler imaging, retinal and optic nerve head vascular plexus densities using OCTA, in thyroid eye disease.Timepoint: At time of presentation before any surgical or medical(IV Steroids) intervention.
