Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residing in the study area for most of the last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Likely to move out of the study area in the next one year or Does not understand the nature of study due to mental or physical derangement such as deafness, blindness, inability to speak etc, Or does not understand either English or Hindi languages

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We would determine the proportion of participants who changed their doctor during a recent episode of ARI.Timepoint: We would assess the outcome at 12 months for all participants. We would request participants to share their ARI treatment behaviour also at 6 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
We would determine the proportion of participants diagnosed with diagnosed chronic illnesses who changed their doctor during the follow-up period. The chronic illnesses would include hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD, migraine etc.Timepoint: 12 months from enrollment for all participants. Additionally, participants would be requested to provide mid-term data at 6 months.
