Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. University students of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. 2. Students 3. Students without any present ongoing wrist and finger injury. 4. Students who havenâ??t done resistance training from past six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. University students with upper limb injury and with any absolute and relative contra indications as mentioned in the questionnaire. 2. Medical or orthopaedic condition that compromises their participation or performance in the study. 3. Students doing regular resistance training at gym
