Inclusion criteria: Patient who underwent median Sternotomy Age > 18 years Both male and female

Exclusion criteria: Multiple organ dysfunction failure Patients receiving steroids or photosensitive drugs Patient with permanent or temporary pacemaker Any malignant tumour
