Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Flexor zone 5 injury Both FDS, FDP involvement Tendon repaired by modified kessler technique

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Associated hand fractures Only 1 flexor tendon involvement Polytrauma Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension Patient not willing for particular therapy programme
