Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Married women in age group of 18-45 years Women with symptoms of Leucorrhoea like excessive white discharge,low back pain, lower abdominal pain, Dyspareunia,Dysuria. Patients diagonsed with Bacterial vaginosis,Trichomoniasis and vaginal candidiasis by wet mount tests,Gram staining and AMSEL criteria respectively
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and Lactating mothers. patients below 18 and above 45 years of age. Patients with chronic PID. patients with systemic illness(Hypertension,CKD,CLD,Malignancies,Diabeties,Cardiovascular diseases) Patients with hypersensitivity to controlled drug(combination of tablet Secnidazole,Fluconazole,and Azithromycin). To exclude the HIV,HBsAG and HCV postive patients.
