Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II Age between 20 - 60 years. Patient who have given written informed consent Mild to moderate obesity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing American society of Anesthesiologist physical status lll, IV Localised infection, URI, Nasal obstruction, adenoid hypertrophy etc., Severe renal,hepatic,respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. Severe and morbid obesity
