Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of unilateral knee osteoarthritis based on radiographic findings using Kellgren and Lawrence classification Knee pain of more than 4 months duration Scores from 3-6 on NPRS Ability to walk independently Normal or corrected to normal hearing Normal or corrected to normal vision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of lower extremity joint replacement surgery Patients who had any other surgeries or suffered from injuries to lower extremities in the 12 months prior to the study BMI >= 40 kg/m² (Obese class III) Any other cardiovascular or neurological disorders which could affect balance Vestibular or neuromuscular system impairment Patients who had received any intra-articular injections in the last 90 days Any medical treatment that might impair balance Any systemic arthritic condition
