Inclusion criteria: Written informed consent End-stage renal disease patients scheduled for renal transplant surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal of consent Surgery without controlled ventilation or ony Regional anaesthesia Contraindication to invasive blood pressure monitoring Atrial fibrillation Pregnancy Massive Ascites Patients with underlying Respiratory Failure Heart Failure Known clinically intracardiac shunts and severe valvular heart disease. Patient with ongoing active infection Deceased Renal transplants
