Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 45kg -80kg body weight Undergoing head and neck surgery Requiring an arterial line placement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Consent not given Aortic stenosis Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy Recent myocardial infarction Supraventricular tachycardia with haemodynamic instability Glaucoma Retinopathy
