Intervention1: TEP procedure: Patient kept in supine position, 3 ports inserted in straight line , first infraumblical then suprapubic and 3rd one between them , then dissection is done in preperitone

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral Reducible Inguinal Hernia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous lower Abdominal surgeries 2) Coagulopathies 3) Recurrent inguinal hernia

1) Intraoperative complications- Peritoneal breach, Vascular Injury, Nerve Injury,Visceral Injury 2) Postoperative complication- Pain,Postoperative neuromuscular Injury, Postoperative neuralgia,Seroma/Haematoma formation,Surgical Site InvestigationTimepoint: POST OP - VAS at 6,12,24,48,72 hours and at 7th day. OPD followup - 1,6,12th week—
