Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primi Mothers who are admitted for safe delivery and are within 37-40 weeks of gestation. Primi mothers who have no medical and mental illness Mothers with singleton pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers whose babies are transferred to NICU. Mothers who have lost their babies Mothers with breast surgeries Mothers who gave birth to babies with congenital disorders.

MeasureTime frame
Immediate initition of breast feeding production of milk in terms of neonatal outcome such as proper latching, passing of urine, meconium, activity level, absence of exaggerated physiological jaundice within 48 hours after delivery, sleep, crying and un-depressed fontanels. Timepoint: 6 months—
