Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18-60 diagnosed with essential hypertension (Stage I and Stage II) 2.Ready to adhere to study specified procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with co- morbidities like DM/ CKD/CVA/CAD/COPD 2.Patients with secondary causes of hypertension 3.Pregnant or lactating females 4.Patients with diagnosed sleep disorder, major psychiatric disorder or cognitive disorder Patients not giving informed written consent

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome for this study will be reduction in blood pressureTimepoint: Total duration: 3 months Follow up: At the end of 1st, 2nd and 3rd months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The Secondary Outcomes will include changes in Anthropometric Measurements: Body Mass Index and waist hip circumference, quality of sleep assessed by PSQI questionnaire and stress levels using PSS questionnaireTimepoint: Total duration: 3 months Follow up at 1st, 2nd and 3rd month
