Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed patients of Izterab-i-Nafsani Umoomi Patients in age group of 18 to 65 years Irrespective of gender Patients, who are ready to sign the informed consent, follow the protocol and willing to participate in clinical study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Panic disorder, Obsessive Compulsive disorder, Post-traumatic stress disorder,etc. Patients below 18 years and above 65 years. History of substance abuse : Caffeine, Alcohol, Drug intoxication. Patient who fails to follow up. Patient who fails to give written consent. Known cases of Hyperthyroidism, Cardiovascular disease, Renal disease and Liver disease. Pregnant and lactating mother.
