Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Resident of Tamil Nadu (resided in Tamil Nadu for atleast 1 year at the time of diagnosis of cancer) 2. Known to have oral cavity (including lip) cancers, lung cancers and cancers of the Gastro intestinal tract (any age and any stage). 3. Diagnosed on or after January 1 2020 4. On treatment or have received treatment (at least some part) or on follow-up at one of the hospitals (study centers) in Tamil Nadu. Efforts will be made to include patients who have died or lost to followup. 5. Able and willing to give consent for participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other cancers, hematological cancers, second cancers or multiple cancers (synchronous or metachronous). 2. Not willing to participate in the study. 3. Patients who are not residents of Tamil Nadu 4. Patients (including residents of Tamil Nadu) who have received whole of their treatment in a hospital outside Tamil Nadu
