Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having textual symptoms of Katigata Vata (Kati Sandhi Shula, Kati Sandhi Graha, Sparsh Ashatva) Reference: Gada Nigraha. Patients fit for Basti karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital structural deformities of spine. Known cases of vertebral compression fracture. Pregnant females. Known cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylosis.
