Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Both genders of an adult age group 19 to 59 years 2 Patients who fit the criteria of Sleep Maintenance Insomnia according to DSM 5 Patients exhibit frequent or prolonged awakenings throughout the night causes distress At least 3 nights per week for 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Other Psychiatric disorder like Schizophrenia Depression OCD PTSD 2 Pregnant women 3 Lactating mothers 4 Psychoactive substance use 5 Other related systemic disoders
