Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted for elective surgeries with ASA Grade I,II,III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women. Obese patients. Coexisting autoimmune diseases. Patients with h/o gastric surgeries. Patients were unable to position in right lateral decubitus position.
