Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: laparoscopic cholecystectomies in reverse trendelenberg position and laparoscopic hysterectomies in reverse trendelenberg position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: surgeries longer than 4hrs, laparoscopic surgeries in supine position.
