Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students studying at a Private English medium school 2. Students who study in schools within a 5 km radius of Manipal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students who have changed their school during the pandemic 2. Students having intellectual deficits or any physical or psychological disabilities 3. Students who have been studying in the same school for at least 5 years
