Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering with Janu Sandhivata in bilateral or unilateral knee joint in the age group of 35 75 years irrespective of their gender caste religion or socioeconomic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All cases of secondary osteoarthritis including the following will be excluded from the study. 2.Rheumatoid arthritis (RA factor positive) 3.Gouty arthritis 4.Septic arthritis 5.Synovitis 6.Spondyloarthropathies 7.Ligament injuries 8.Connective tissue diseases. 9.Referred pain, Para articular pain 10.Pregnancy 11.Psoriasis and other skin lesions 12.Traumatic arthritis 13.Surgically intervened knee
