Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult (18-65 years) severe traumatic brain injury patients (GCS=8) being admitted to neurocritical care unit within 48 hours of injury.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Direct eye injury 2.Ophthalmic medical history (cataract, iris surgery, blindness) 3.Third intracranial nerve injury 4.Post cardiac arrest 5.Lack of consent
