Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 5-8 years 2. Cooperative children 3. Children requiring pulp therapy in mandibular primary molars in both sides of the mandibular arch. 4. Children of parents who give consent to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who did not achieve profound numbness, requiring additional anesthesia . 2. Children who did not achieve profound numbness, requiring additional anesthesia . 3. Children who require treatment under general anesthesia. 4. Children with underlying systemic conditions. 4. Children allergic to local anaesthesia. 5. Lack of proper understanding of the patient during the training to evaluate the response to the soft tissue anesthesia.
