Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Consecutive mothers admitted for safe confinement and neonates delivered at CHEC after informed written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mothers with significant prelabour rupture of membranes and preterm prelabour rupture of membranes ( as per NICE guidelines) Mother with skin lesions at chest and perineal areas Neonatal chest craniofacial and GIT malformation Neonates born at less than 28 weeks of gestation
